We are thrilled to announce the launch of the OFN IT Support Hub, made possible by the generous National Lottery Community Fund. This initiative aims to provide free IT support to all OFN members, addressing a variety of tech-related needs.
What We Offer
Earlier this year, we conducted a survey to understand the IT support needs of our members. The results highlighted a demand for assistance with tasks such as using and hosting Zoom meetings, downloading and setting up apps, and more. Our new support hub is designed to cater to these needs and beyond.
How It Works
We have partnered with a specialised technical support company that offers telephone support. Here’s how you can access this service:
- Call the IT Hub (find the telephone number in the Members Area or email us at info@olderfeminist.org.uk).
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Identify Yourself: Mention that you are calling from OFN or the Older Feminist Network and provide your name.
Follow-Up and Feedback
After your issue is resolved, we may follow up to check on the support you received. We aim to compile this feedback for our newsletter to share knowledge and experiences across our membership. Additionally, monitoring the Hub’s usage will help us identify any recurring issues or gaps in support.
Don’t Delay!
This project is set to conclude at the end of next February, so make sure to take advantage of this fantastic resource. If you need any IT support, don’t hesitate to give the hub a call!
We look forward to helping you with your IT challenges and enhancing your digital experience with OFN.
