A Human Rights Approach Means Considering Everyone’s Rights.

The OFN has co-signed a letter authored by sex-matters.org in response to a letter to GANHRI (the Global Alliance of Human Rights Institutions) accusing the EHRC of ‘actively harming’ trans people, and ignoring international recommendations, in particular because of Kishwer Falkner’s letter to the UK Minister for Equalities which says that the government should consider clarifying the meaning of sex in the Equality Act.
